All orders are processed and shipped via Canada Post from our Toronto warehouse.

Shipping Policy

Upon placing an order with us, you can expect your items to be dispatched within a timeframe of 1-2 business days. For local pick-up orders, we strive to have them ready within just 2 business days. However, it's important to note that during our sale periods, our standard shipping window of 3 business days may be subject to adjustments, with potential delays of up to 5 business days. To ascertain the most accurate shipping estimate, please refer to the lead time provided at the checkout stage.

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number, allowing you to keep a close eye on the progress of your delivery.

Please be aware that while we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, we are not in a position to control the actions or operations of our shipping providers, which include Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator and DHL. This means that we cannot assume responsibility for any transit delays that may be attributed to factors beyond our influence, such as adverse weather conditions, customs processes, or other unforeseen events.

Free Shipping

For website orders over $150.00 (Canada) and $150 USD (United States), after discounts and before taxes, qualify for free shipping.

In-Store Pickup

As an alternative to shipping, we also offer instore pickup. Instore pickups are usually ready within 24 to 48 hours after ordering.
