All orders are processed and shipped via Canada Post from our Toronto warehouse.
Once received, orders will ship within 1 - 2 business days. Orders placed during and directly following a sale may take longer to ship. We cannot fast track any orders.
The day your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with your Canada Post tracking number. If you are located outside of Canada, you can also enter this number on your national postal service's website for additional final-mile updates.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for transit delays that may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Canada Post is experiencing widespread delays and has suspended all delivery guarantees. All shipping options are impacted by these delays. If you think your package may be lost, please get in touch and we will do our best to help you locate it or arrange a replacement.

For website orders over $100.00 (Canada) and $125 CAD (United States), after discounts and before taxes, qualify for free shipping.
As an alternative to shipping, we also offer instore pickup. Instore pickups are usually ready within 24 hours after ordering.
